Frozen Yogurt Bark FAQs

Can I make frozen Greek yogurt bark?

Yes! You can definitely use Greek yogurt or regular.

Why do I have to use full-fat yogurt?

Full-fat yogurt works best because it doesn’t get as icy when you freeze it. Full-fat will stay a bit creamier when frozen which makes it easier to eat.

What toppings work best?

The best toppings are the ones you like! Here are some ideas:

  • chopped fresh fruit
  • chocolate chips
  • sprinkles
  • chia seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • peanut butter
  • slivered nuts
  • pepitas
  • granola

How should I store frozen yogurt bark?

Once you break it apart into pieces, store in a container or a freezer-safe Ziploc bag.
