To make popcorn in the microwave, all you need is a brown paper lunch sack and some popcorn kernels. Here’s how you do it:
- Measure out 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels and pour them into the paper bag.
- Fold the top of the bag down 2-3 times.
- Place the bag in the microwave and press the popcorn button.
- Popcorn is done when it stops popping continuously and slows to about 2 seconds between pops.
- Pour popcorn into a bowl and spray with oil or drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with salt if desired.
