This Ritz Chicken is a quick and easy kid-friendly dinner that the whole family will love. A fun way to change up your chicken fingers.
- 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup flour
- optional – 1/2 cup sour cream
- Place the crackers in a large ziploc bag and crush them up.
- Dip chicken tenders in flour, then egg, then place in the bag with the cracker crumbs and shake to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes at 400 degrees F or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F.
- Alternatively, place cracker crumbs on a plate, coat chicken tenders with sour cream and then roll in the cracker crumbs, then bake.
