Learn how to make these easy egg wraps. They’re portable and packed with protein. Fill with your favorites like pepperoni & cheese, turkey and avocado and more!

Ingredients

eggs (as many as you want)
Optional fillings: cheese, turkey, avocado, pepperoni, fruit, yogurt

Instructions

  1. Crack one egg into a bowl and whisk it up.
  2. Pour into a buttered pan, tilting the pan to spread the egg into a thin circle.
  3. Cook 30 seconds on one side, flip and cook 30 seconds more.
  4. Add your desired fillings, wrap and eat.

Notes

You can make wraps ahead of time and store in the fridge. Eat them cold or warm in the microwave as needed.
