1 cup long grain white rice
1.5 cups bone broth (or water)
pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. If you want to rinse your rice, do that first.
  2. Put rice and liquid in a pot with salt (optional) and cover.
  3. Bring just to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook 13-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes.
  5. Fluff with fork and serve.

Notes

Cooking directions for brown rice are different. Brown rice requires more water and longer cook time!
